Blueberry pancakes is on the menu for breakfast.
Love, love blueberry pancakes. More so when
their drizzled with butter-maple syrup. Yum!
So, how do you make blueberry pancakes? This
recipe is very easy to prepare. Just
the basic ingredients and you will have oh-so-yummy
pancakes for breakfast.
I used frozen blueberries in this recipe.
BLUEBERRY PANCAKE RECIPE
(Serves 3-4 persons)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 cup frozen blueberries
Mix all dry ingredients first. Pour in all wet ingredients
and mix. Lastly, pour in blueberries.
I used coconut oil on the pan for cooking the
pancakes. Coconut oil does not only smells
appetizing but is also good for health. If you
do not like coconut oil, you can always use vegetable
oil or butter.
