This video is showing me teaching my two and a half years old daughter how to pronounce Tagalog words, my native language. For someone who doesn't speak the language, her pronunciation is astounding. She pronounced most of the words correctly with an "attitude" :). After I took this video, I tried teaching her to pronounce some Visayan words which is my primary dialect. Unlike Tagalog, she had a hard time pronouncing most of the words I taught her. The way she pronounced the words sounded like her tongue was doing various acrobatic stunts. It's amusing but cute to listen to. Perhaps I should teach her the basic words first instead of introducing the difficult ones. We'll get there.
