Earning a Degree Online

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of USC. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you ever thought of going back to school but never pursue it because of how busy your life as a Mom is? Well, thanks to the expansion of traditional schools to the online world. It gives us Moms the opportunity to get a degree online without leaving the children to daycare centers and feeling guilty. There are several colleges and universities available online to look for program information of any profession that we want to.

Becoming a teacher was a plan I had in mind before I got married. That's the reason why I took 18 units of education subjects in the Philippines few years after I hurdled my Mass Communication degree. One of the universities I found online is offering Master of Arts in Teaching. Sounds good to me. Made me think of furthering what I have started.  Looking through the list of benefits that the University of Southern California (USC) offers to their future students are impressive. Students can avail tuition reimbursements and scholarship programs. If I will use their accelerated program, I'd be able to finish my masteral within 12 months. And given the opportunity to become a part of the USC Trojan Family is exciting!

One important note that I want to share to Moms who plan to study online is the choice of virtual school. I think we should see to it that the university we plan to enrolled in must have a good track record in the field of education. USC for example is ranked #22 in the U.S., and #9 by US News and World Report as one of the schools offering outstanding quality of education. Knowing this kind of achievement that a school gets, gives us assurance that the educational institution we are in offers excellent services to their students. Referring to friends or family members who studied online is a great start!
