The Power of Technological Education

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of ATETV.org. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you're a parent whose child will be graduating high school and has not decided what program to take up in college, check ATETV (Advanced Technological Education Television). Sponsored by the National Science Foundation,  ATETV is a website that presents a series of free videos featuring the great opportunities students can obtain from taking up technological programs. If your child's interests lie in the fields of mathematics, science, engineering, and technology, ATETV.org can help you and your child figure out what specific technological program to study as he or she enters college.

As the U.S. Department of  Labor has projected, individuals with thorough background on technical based education such as laser technology, underwater robotics, aviation mechanics, high-tech agriculture, fuel cell technology, information technology, etc., will be on high demand to work on various industries. This prediction from a government agency is quite reassuring for us parents that our children has this kind of job security in the future.

I have watched some of the videos featured on ATETV. I can say that the videos produced are quite encouraging and uplifting to parents like me. As the advancement of technology continues, there is no doubt that promising jobs are established on the wide disciplines of technology. If my daughter is graduating high school right now and wish to take a technological program in college, I would be a happy and reassured Mom, because I know that the educational path she's treading has a bright promise for her future.
