Wanted: Moms Who Love Making Tortilla Dishes

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Mission Foods. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am not much into Mexican food, so the only thing I know about the use of tortillas is to make burritos. But I was completely wrong when I discovered great tortilla recipes from the cookbook files of Mission Menus. Looking through the recipes featured on their cookbook made me want to prepare them all (winks!). Aside from the tortilla menus posted on their website, they are encouraging Moms like me (and other food enthusiasts), to join their contest called Mission Menus Challenge. Submitting my original recipe can make me the big winner of $10K kitchen makeover! Sounds exciting, isn't it? So, if you are a Mom who loves to experiment in the kitchen (and of course loves preparing tortilla dishes to your family), bring the recipes on! We have until August 9, 2010. It's worth a try!

Anyway, my husband loves to create his own delectable burrito stuffing, but sometimes complain about the quality of the tortilla he used. I would love for him to try using the Mission Flour Tortillas the next time he makes burritos. Besides, I am excited to try making the recipes I found on the Mission Menus cookbook. Looking through the menus, they all seem easy to make. Plus, the ingredients are budget-friendly—quite affordable, which I like. Can't wait to eat their Sunrise Breakfast Burrito—looks so yummy!
