Umbilical Cord Blood Banking

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of CryoCell International. All opinions are 100% mine.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, my obstetrician asked me and my husband whether we would be interested to save our baby's cord blood. This process will be done through a private cord blood bank like www.Cryo-Cell.com. As first time parents, we do not know much about this medical process. My OB gave us a brief explanation of what it is about, and handed us a brochure for us to study and help us decide whether or not to avail this type of medical procedure.

Going through the reading material that was given to us, we found out that cord blood banking has a lifetime medical value for the baby. In the event the baby is afflicted with serious illness such as leukemia, cancer, heart disease, and many more, the cord blood extracted (and saved)  from the baby at birth is a vital source for the treatment of his/her illness. As a parent who only desires the good health and well-being of her  child, I so much wanted to take advantage of this medical wonder. Unfortunately for that time, we were tight in finances, and so, was not able to push through a Mom's wish.

My personal advice to soon-to-be Moms, do not discount the idea of banking your baby's umbilical cord blood. This medical process is indeed very promising for your baby's future health condition. Right now, while the baby is still in your womb, spend a time to research about it. You can talk and consult with health advisors to give you an in-depth knowledge of cord blood banking. There are a lot of cord blood banks available in the country. Start visiting
www.Cryo-Cell.net. I heard that you when you sign up for their consultation, you will also get a free belly bag!
