Patriotic 4th Of July DIY Sundresses For My Girls

This year's 4th of July, I decided to sew my girls their patriotic dresses to wear for the occasion. These sundresses are very simple to sew with no patterns required. Bought the fabric at our local Walmart for $4.97/yard. Laces are free which my in-laws gave from their storage locker stash.

I used 1 1/4 yards of cloth for both of the girls' dresses. Bottoms of dresses are both shirred. Sleeves of the big sister are also shirred with lace underneath. The little one has simple knot straps. I made flowers of of the lace and fabric to embellish the dresses and headband. Blue flower on the little girl's is ready made.

Sorry, but I do not have a detailed tutorial for these dresses. I was to lazy to take pictures of the process. I will try next time if I don't feel lazy.
